Eating.... Drinking....

I feel like I have been eating ALL day today when I know that is not the case. It's hard cause I eat a lot of Asian food and a lot of it isn't in the food search. It's even harder when I had 5 pieces of General Tsao's Chicken and I had to guess how much of the serving I ate. I very much doubt that the 5 pieces I ate are worth nearly 140 calories. I think it's worse, since I'm so used to doing a workout video at night and since I'm not today I feel like a large pile of lard. It's not helping that I am also trying to shove down 8 glasses of water when I am not thirsty. I feel like busting through the seams. I'm hoping tomorrow will be a better day for me.

    If you add the foods, then other people won't have as much of a hard time as you will. Don't they have some nutrition information on the packaging? If you are talking about homemade foods then you can just input the ingredients, find out the calories, then add it as a complete food option. If you are talking about restaurant food, then screw that! You'll never know, and its most likely bad for you anyway. emoticon
