Well I started the strength training today but was unable to complete it. I did not have a ball so did some modifications by doing the crunches and push ups on the floor and reverse flies on a chair, squats without a wall, and for the leg extensions on ball I did the bridge and held it instead. I only did one set of everything instead of 2 and used 8 pound dumbells. Wish I was able to do 2 sets but will have to work up to it. Was not sure how to modify number of sets on my workout log so will try to find out.
Accomplishment!!!! One set is better than none and it will be two soon enough.
