This time of year we all think about what our "New Year's Resolutions" will be. Often they are to make healthier lifestyle choices. But WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR? January 1st is a few days away, yet. Today is the day to ditch all those leftover holiday treats, clean out the fridge, and restock our pantries. Today is the day to dust off that treadmill, find those walking shoes and perhaps, buy that pilates dvd. Today is the day to log every morsel (including that single ripe olive and teaspoon of coffee creamer.) I found that when I got on my treadmill today, I was back to only 10 minutes instead of 30. Health doesn't take a holiday. So tomorrow I'm pushing it a little more so I can be back at 30 by Saturday. Human nature is to procrastinate, but God gave me a brain to reason with, and it makes sense to start NOW, not THEN.
