What am I doing

I continually struggle to lose weight. I know what I need to do (exercise more, eat less) but I just have such a hard time accomplishing this! My body is strong, my will is weak. I want to change that and get a stronger will for food control.

    HI--sometimes changing too many things at a time just uses all our mental energy. Try just modifying small things and when they become habit, you can add some new ones. Something I did was to start switching Slenda for sugar--just a little at a time and then adjusted the cream to less. I still get to have my coffee (which I really love) but now it is healthier.
