I have been at this for ever , always up and down. i was in the army for 12 years and that kept me at lower wrights and assured I was fit but even then I was not happy with my 160 lbs.
After I got out I stopped working out and had twins! talk about quick weight gain! Finally about a year and 3 months ago I got scared I wouldn't be there long enough for my kids. I am an older mom, 38 when they were born, 42 now, was up to 242 lbs and had lost my own parents very young. With the help of a great family, hubby is a love, and great friends I lost 65 lbs.
But last Apr we went on a wonderful3 week vacation and I lost my momentum. Due to many factors, all my felt and controlabl, I have gained 25 lbs back. I just found this community and am very excited to get started. any advice/ motivation would be great. I have already found motivation in many of your blogs!
