I have been at this for ever , always up and down. i was in the army for 12 years and that kept me at lower wrights and assured I was fit but even then I was not happy with my 160 lbs.
After I got out I stopped working out and had twins! talk about quick weight gain! Finally about a year and 3 months ago I got scared I wouldn't be there long enough for my kids. I am an older mom, 38 when they were born, 42 now, was up to 242 lbs and had lost my own parents very young. With the help of a great family, hubby is a love, and great friends I lost 65 lbs.
But last Apr we went on a wonderful3 week vacation and I lost my momentum. Due to many factors, all my felt and controlabl, I have gained 25 lbs back. I just found this community and am very excited to get started. any advice/ motivation would be great. I have already found motivation in many of your blogs!
Wish me luck,

First of all your babies are beautiful and you don't look like you're 42 at all!

Secondly Good luck! I just started this too, but if you need anything or just want someone to chat with I'm your girl. :-)

Good luck! You can do it - you have survived the military, so you know the drill: make a plan and work your plan! :D
