Sometimes not the answer we hoped for.

Wednesday, December 29, 2010

Well, my DH saw Becky today and Chris will be paralyzed permanently from the waist down. Sometimes the miracle is not all we hope for.

But they still have each other and Praise the Lord it isn't total paralysis.

We thank everyone for the prayers offered up for this courageous couple and Becky's father. emoticon

I'm very sorry that the news is not what you and they were hoping for Linda. I hope that everyone involved can find the strength to ajust to the changes and find comfort from each other and those who care about them.

With love,

I am sorry about your friend. Sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes, no, and sometimes "I have something better in mind for you."/

Let's trust that the third one was the answer. emoticon

How terrible. God has a plan for them, sometimes, it's just hard to see it. Will keep praying.

I'll say a few more prayer for them as they face the adversity of adjusting to the tremendous sadness and the changes and challenges they'll face as a couple. May God bless and comfort them as they face this cruel blow and the adversity it brings to their lives.

My heart goes out to you but you did find something to be thankful for, even if
it was not the very best. Hugs and continued prayers to you.
