Nice video blog. I've been here on SP almost a year. I'm here to say if you stick with it, get involved with tracking your food intake, your exercise and with different spark teams you will be and stay motivated.
I met my goal last August from starting mid January last year. During that time my SP friends helped me through a BC diagnosis and the following treatments... I'm stronger and more fit because of wise decisions I've made from knowledge I've learned here. The boot camps are awesome!

You can do this. emoticon

I am so glad to see that you are back and motivated to start over! I too am here ready to start again. I would have liked to say that I had figured out this whole weight loss journey and learned to be healthy, but I'm not there yet. I am back to my starting weight and ready to start figuring it out! Good luck!

Today is the first time in months I've been to spark people. Thank you for your honest video blog. I too have gained weight .
We are all in this together. In this new year do some thing nice for yourself every day. Take a trail walk with your horse. put the saddle on let your horse carry your water bottles and his carrots and you walk, do short trot sets, enjoy being outside.

Awesome vBlog! I know you can do it! I've fallen off the program myself for the past couple of months, and although i havent gained a significant amount of weight, I need to get back on track. Your vBlog helped inspire me and hope I can continue being a supportive buddy through both of our journeys!

Great vlog. I, too, have horses that I don't get to ride nearly enough. Because of my work schedule I only see them in the dark during the winter. I am night blind and DO NOT ride in the dark, however, we do a lot of ground work. Build your relationship with your horse on the ground and the saddle problems will work out later. Also, ground work can be great exercise for both you and the horse. Good luck on your journey with your horse and on your health.

May the horse be with you!

What a wonderful way to get to know more about you - such a completely honest vlog - thank you for sharing with us. I have been slacking off myself this past week or so, just lost my motivation, lost my determination to eat healthy... thought I had it sorted yesterday, even factored in one chocolate from the box my youngest daughter gave me for Christmas, but, you guessed it, one led to 7 more, before I was disgusted with my lack of wilpower and managed to stop. Didn't stop me waking in the middle of the night to go out to the kitchen, open the box back up, take one... then all of a sudden I realized I was sabotaging myself and my good intentions yet again.
Soooo... today is also my Day !, my umpteenth beginning over Day 1. I was beginning to wonder whether I could stick to my plan just before deciding to check out your vlog, but having watched you talking about your 're-start', you have inspired me to continue trying, and this time to succeed. So, today is Day 1 for me too, all thanks to you.
