I have decided to set goals to reach by my birthday in April. Then I will set goals for August wedding anniversary, then Thanksgiving, then end of the year.
1. Meditate daily beginning with reading as I arise.
2. Sun salutations every day.
3. Yoga three times a week.
4. Strength training 4 times a week alternating upper and lower body.
5. Ride stationary bike 3 times/ week for 30 minutes increasing over time to 1 hour.
6. Lose holiday pounds by Valentine's day and continue to maintain.
7. Admit to and honestly accept holiday gain.
8. Sky-dive on my birthday.
These should keep me healthy in mind, body and spirit.
