LIN IS THINNER THAN EVER in 2011!!!
I'm fired up with excitement to lose 60lbs this year! Oh yeah!! BRING IT!!
Sparking distracted me from FLYing (Finally Love Yourself see flylady.net)
But it was for the best...
I'm FLYing again and my home is looking better as a result. I restarted FLYing on the anniversary of my original start 28 Nov 2009... Made good progress so far with the inspiration to keep on keeping on.
I am more at peace with life in general and am maintaining both my home and my weight.
Back with a passion!!!
The goal is to lose 60lbs this year to a total loss of 100lbs. And keep a tidy house and balanced life at the same time. Alot to ask of me, I know but I'm READY!!
It was such a good idea to sacrifice just over a month salary at this time to regroup. It gave me an opportunity to find myself and heal from the frustrations of this year. An opportunity to plan a new strategy for being the person I want to be in 2011.
I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!
Special thanks to Carolyn1213 whose blogs have so inspired me since I met her.
She has blazed a trail of self discovery and love for me to follow. THANK YOU!
I'm glad I did not shoot for the whole 100lb weight loss in my first year here on spark... it would have been overwhelming for me. But the confidence I gained from keeping off my first 40lbs has me rearing to go again.
Thank you so much all of ou for being my friend.
You are all such an inspiration to me.
It feels awesome to have enjoyed a full year of moving forward mostly to a grand total of 40lbs lost and backward almost insignificantly (I never regained more than 5 pounds at any time which was my goal).
In case you wonder why I keep saying this... it is to block out any thoughts of failure... So many people thing this is SLOW weightloss... I lose less than one pound per week! I would believe the same if I was willing to beat myself up again. Instead I choose to celebrate what I HAVE accomplished!!! Not what I missed... (Eg Goal 1 which to this day eluded me! to be 220lbs teenage weight... see my sparkpage)
I could not have accomplished what I did without my sparkfriends. You guys are what makes the spark program unique and soo effective. Thank you so much for being in my life! Please stay forever!
Finally I toast to a happy successful and THINNER new year of self love and appreciation for all our bodies have put up with over the years!
