Checking my thyroid and calcium levels.

Today I am calling my Dr to make an appointment. I have to look into why I keep gaining weight instead of losing even though I am dieting and exercising. My body aches all the time and has not improved with consistent exercise.
My husband and I managed to make it to the gym 3x's a week over te holidays. And I did not give up the treadmill either.
This week I am going to spend regrouping and setting goals and awards for the coming year. And cleaning out the fridge and cupboards. My daughter wants to start a slim fast diet. I am trying to point her towards this site and just eating healthy.
I hope everyone had a great Holiday this year. Looking forward to 2011
