YES! 2.8 pounds lost this week!! I am very proud because this is Christmas week! I've mostly avoided all the cookies, cakes and chocolate that's in my house, and I added more cardio this week. And it certainly paid off.
Realistically - since I'm a lifelong yoyo dieter, I know this is the time that's filled with the 'high' of early weight loss. While not exactly easy, this early stage does drop weight faster than at any other time in this long journey toward my goal weight.
So I know there will be plateaus when I've done everything "right" and still that scale won't budge. I'm prepared (I hope!) for that time, and I won't give up when it comes.
