I am finally catching on . . . . . .

to this fitness thing. Its not a temporary thing I will do just to make it through the current team challenge. The things I am learning to do consistently are actually becoming the norm.
This week was a challenge for me but tomorrow I will be right back on track.

    You are so right. As long as we are in these bodies we will be responsible for taking care of them. Like brushing your teeth, if you didn't they would decay and fall out. Our bodies are no different. It's a lifestyle.
