WHAT THE HECK?

Saturday, December 25, 2010

as you all now we have now a wii well today i plan to set up a training programm etc on the wii fit plus.to do that i had to measure my height and guess what i am 5 cm smaller than what i was when i last measured.FIVE WHOLE CM:ok that might not seem much to you but to me it is alot.i know my curvature of the spine had got worse but i didnīt think by that much, lol.not only that them 5 cm mean that my bmi is alot higher than i thought it was(will check when i open my wii fit plus and that my goal weight which i put a bit higher is even more out from my ideal weight.meaning i have more to loose than i thought and what i still have to loose is alot as it is.total bummer which i have decided not to get depressed about.it also means that my daily calorie ranges are going to be wrong as well and i will need to cut them back.double bummer(excuse my expresstions)right here is some question for all you old hands at sp.how do i change it all now with sp i mean my starting height, find my goal for my new height which is 167cms?how do i change the calorie range?or must i start a completely new account starting from scratch and having to invite all my friends again etc?also have you checked your height lately?maybe there are others out there in the same potion as me and like me donīt realise it.as i said i am making myself angry over this so i can keep my momentum.i donīt want to get depressed about it,the higher bmi,the extra weight i now have to loose, the less cals etc.ok it will take me abit longer to go to where i want but i will get there with all you beautiful peoples support how can i not.thanks once again for reading this and being there for me.guess i better go and set up that wii account before i let this all get to me and eat some biscuits instead, lol.hope you are all haveing a nice time, take care and keep smiling.

First of all, with your courage, tenacity andcommitment, it matters not what you weigh or what your height is! You remain a shining example of the blessings and possibilities of what can be when we dare reach for the stars! Keep reaching, My Darling! I am right beside you!

Don't get angry, just don't give up. Correct the stuff in spark and it will reset your calorie range. But my comment, feel free to adjust when you want to have it lost by, so that the calorie range is doable. I decided to set mine fairly in the future, to make the calorie range more doable.

Just so you know, when you lose a lot of weight, you also lose weight on the top of your head and the bottom of your feet. My brother who weighed, at one time 469 lbs, went down to 200 lbs. He was 5'11" he went down to 5'8", that was the only part of losing the weight, he did not like.

(so it may not be your spine, after all)

Have a wonderful day!

Hugs
Linda

    Hi Karen,

Don't get discouraged. Keep your positive attitude.

Was just getting ready to tell you how to change things when I saw that you've already been given instructions.

I also have the Wii Fit and enjoy it. I like the exercises and the balance games happen to be fun. I just recently got WIO (Walk It Out) for the Wii and, on days that I can't walk outside, I use this and am really having fun. It keeps you walking to a beat - sometimes slow and sometimes fast and there is also a game you can play as you go along.

Wish we lived near each other....I'd stop over and give you a big hug. Then we could use the Wii together emoticon

    Hi Karen,
I love your attitude and want to say, whatever the BMI, goal changes are, it is about how you feel and a healthy lifestyle.
I've looked around to see how you change things for you and if you go into start, near the bottom on the left you will see goals. Click there and you can change your height, weight, calorie intake, etc.
You don't have to start up a new account.
Let me know how you like the wii. I am interestedd because of my physical limitations to hear if it really burns the calories and helps keep you moving without affecting problem areas.
Good luck! emoticon
