Today is day #1. I am going to read and do the activities in a book called 100 days of weight loss by Linda Spangle. This book is to be used in conjunction with Sparkpeople so that I can find my motivation that has gone missing the last few weeks. Today was the welcome section. It has the following steps
#1 Choose the best Diet plan---Sparkpeople.com
#2 Follow the Plan for 100 days- or in my case 101 days because I am counting the intro
#3 Track your Progress- This comes back to spark people and the need to consistently track my diet and exercise for the next 100 days
#4 Create a Vision for the future which includes writing down at least 10 reasons why I want to loose weight and maintain my success (Goals to follow)
#5 Use the scale--For me this means weighing myself daily and documenting that weight
#6 Follow the mantra
I've come this far in my 100 days... Don't stop now. If I'm struggling to stick with it, I need to push myself to finish one more day. Then, I'll immediately be another day closer to achieving MY weight-loss goals.
JUST DO ONE MORE DAY!
