So I've set a couple of goals for myself this next week. I WILL be in here at least 4 times this week and I WILL track food. I know it seems like a crazy time to start all of this again but why wait until after the holidays. I actually started eating more healthy this week again despite the fact that I baked christmas goodies on sunday and had them at work every day. Yes I have ate some but I've balanced it out with eating healthy meals throughout the day. I also had some pretty good workouts this week and started getting back to running. I motivated myself by signing up for races:
* Get lucky 7K in March
* get in Gear 10K in April
* fargo half marathon in May
* go Commando adventure race in June
* warrior dash adventure race in July
I am headed to my sisters tomorrow to spend the weekend with my family. I'm looking forward to it yet you all know how stressed out I get being around my parents. That's why I know that I need to start tracking tomorrow...to stay somewhat on track. I plan on working out in the morning and then running to the store to get some healthy snacks cuz I know there is going to be christmas goodies setting around all weekend long. At least mine are in the garage so they aren't in eye sight and for the most part don't really bother me.
