Living in a SparkPeople Wonderland (sung to the tune of "Winter Wonderland"

This song was first published in 1934. The composer was Felix Bernard (1897-1944) and the lyricist was Richard B. Smith (1901-1935).

I found this and changed it to “SparkPeople” Wonderland - wanted to share it with you.

Chocolate calls,
Are you heeding?
What’s it rea-lly
That you’re needing.

It may look like fun,
Scarfing candy on the run,
Not in a SparkPeople Wonderland.

Have some fruit,
Or some popcorn,
You’ll be glad,
By tomorrow morn.

You did not give in,
Fo-cus-ing on thin.
Living in a SparkPeople Wonderland.

At the party you can spread the Spark!!!!

Having fun and mingling with friends.
Enjoy the time and relish all the presents,
You won’t even have to make amends.

Want some food, please be stealth-y,
So you stay, vibrant and health-y,
Plan and have fun,
Go take a run,
Living in a SparkPeople Wonderland.

When you want to eat that second cupcake,
Tell yourself you’re better off without it,
You don’t want to make another mistake
So enjoy the day and let’s not see a pout!

You’ll be glad
That you said, “No”
Have some fun,
In the wet snow

Feel virtue-ous and thin
Happy from within
Living in a SparkPeople Wonderland.

Happy Holidays, everyone!
