Here we go. Another diet attempt. This one has to work. I'm not having to pay, and that's good, so I can relax and not feel like I'm not getting my money's worth if I don't do so well. But I have to do well. David is looking so good, and he'd be disappointed if he came home to a fatty! LOL. I know he would never say anything, but I would still feel bad.

    You'll do it. I started spark a while ago, when I got to 201. Crossing the 200 mark really made me sit up and pay attention. I was following the calorie recommendations and only doing work out videos and walking (Denise Austin's Shrink Your Female Fat Zones) and I lost about 20 pounds. Around the holidays I stopped (I'm also a crafter and was REAL busy). Needless to say I haven't lost any more weight, but with the holidays there atleast I didn't gain any weight. Just don't give up. Remember, one great thing about Spark is that you lose the weight slowly so it stays off permanently. Good Luck!

  Hey! If you follow SP's calorie recommendations and work out most of the days in the week you'll definitely lose the weight. Believe me, if i can anyone can lol. You'll be lookin sexier than ever for when your man gets home =)
