Making New Year Resolutions

I have been part of Spark for a while and have not taken it very seriously. As the new year is right around the corner, I have decided to make it one of my resolutions to use be more faithful to logging my food, exercising more and hoping to make positive changes in my health. All things I could have been doing for I long time, that I am sorry to say that I haven't.

Here's to a more healthier me in 2011 emoticon

    Good for you. I am just getting started with the Spark, and from everything I see here it has so much to offer in the way of interacting with people who have the same struggles with eating and exercise. Best of luck to you in 2011.
