first day

I'm excited to start my journey yet a lil scared. Today I started a journal so i can keep track of my calories throughtout the day. I'm really hoping this works :) I have tried losing weight for a while but it seems like I have a hard time staying motivated and commited. But I want to reach my goals, time is passing by real quick and if I don't start now then I never will. So im off to the gym today yay! :)

    You can do it. My thing that helps is logging my food. You start noticing stuff better and make better decisions during the day and best thing i can say is WATER WATER WATER.

    Hey Abby, good luck to you! I just started yesterday and am blown away at all of the support. Good advice some gave me was to get right into reading the information at the bottom of your spark home/start page.
