Day 2 Fat Smash Diet

Hey everyone I am trying to turn over a new leaf in how I eat so I pick up a book that I have had for a long time but never even opened. I's the Fat Smash Diet. This diet is broken down into four phases. I'm currently in the the Detox phase which last nine days. Basically I'm allowed all the fruits and veggies I like (in moderation of course) except white potatoes and avocados.
Day one was kind of difficult because I am a bona fide MEAT eater and for nine days I can not have meat. So trying to figure out quick meals I could eat without meat was hard but today is a little better, I just have to get real creative in the kitchen. So far for the day I have made a Veggie Omelet. I uploaded the recipe to this site if anyone's interested.
Today was also another firs for me I tried the morning star veggie bacon and I must say it was really good, and I actually ate a fruit besides a banana I ate an apple. This is a big thing for me because I usually only eat bananas,and grapes occasionally but because I am going to give this detox a try I have all kinds of fruit in my kitchen and because food is not cheap I am going to eat it.
