Yesterday i started my big office challenge.
Remember: I have to turn my desk cause its too cold by the window.
I decluttered for 2 hours. Byebye stuff i wont need anymore.
In weeks 2 challenge i told you that im reading the scanner-book written by Barbara Sher.
I wanted to revise my 100 different projects and decide which to follow. I found out about nine of them worth investing some time. (This i did the past two weeks)
Now i was looking for a system that keeps me on track, so that i wont kick any of these projects under my desk.
I did some hours research on the net and got me a "personal kanban".
Its a simple memo-board with post its, i can give each project one color and classify it "urgent", "deadline on.." etc.
I even can label each task with "simple""structured" "agile" "chaotic" - wich give me an impression about the amount of time neede to do it.
I made kinda prototype and will try it out during the next two weeks. It fits very well in my GTD-System too.
Gosh...there are 38 impotant tasks to do before year ends :-((
Nutitionwise i went over my goal. I was in a huge hyperfocus, so i ate without thinking :-((
Exercise goes bad too. I have big problems with my left knee - its a muscular problem.
Today i will check out some exercise i can do with out using it too much.
