Love this. And my 2 sweet calico cats said to say, "Meow Christmas"!

After reading that wonderfully creative and oh too realistic Christmas carol, I am so glad I decided the dogs would become outside dogs from the day of my daughter and her family's arrival. Heaven knows the havoc one chewing Border Collie pup could do!

Did you compose the revised version from past experiences, what you anticpate happening this year, or did someone else (obviously severely traumatized by their experiences the previous Christmas) come up with them? Laughed myself silly - even by the end of the second verse.

This is SO funny AND true! I couldn't put up my Christmas tree this year because my cats thought it was a climbing toy! emoticon emoticon Thanks for sharing!
Love, Chelseam
P.S. I am sorry I've been mostly gone this month. It hasn't been a good month but I am starting over today. I was really glad to see who have written so many blogs. Keep up the great work! emoticon emoticon

LOL! Some of those sound a little too close to reality for me, especially the tinsel hairballs (though in my case, it's usually the thin curly ribbon that they chew off the packages). ;-)

Thanks for the chuckles.

Cats can have a little devil in them. A nice pause in a hectic season, thank you for this blog.
