Well it was a whirlwind weekend but I'm so glad I'm on a plan because it really keeps me in check. Workouts were not what I really wanted this weekend but not to bad. Sunday I ran my first 10K ever and you can see from my previous post how that went
. We went out of town on Saturday all day with my husbands team to Kansas City so eating out was off plan a little but no too bad. I just love this program and it has helped me so much. Today is an upper body day and I am doing this one tonight and I will blog later my plan.
