Church and Sunday School proactive-although DD did most of the practicing with the other teacher. DH is still down with the flu and seemed to get better during the day but went downhill from there.
I ran around doing errands and chores and tried to be ready for The Christmas program.
The neighbor was very insistent about me coming over to trim the hooves of his goats-
yesterday, of all days. The kids were all coming for an early supper and I was out in the
barn for 45 minutes. I could say I was a little unhappy but that would be putting it mildly.
But the work got done, supper went off without a hitch, made it to church on time to set
up lunch and start the hot apple cider.
The program went very well. Even GS was pretty well behaved. The lunch went well
although only a few people stayed. We had enough goodies for so many more. The
extras were put into the refrigerator for Wednesday night's service.
The rest of the evening was passed watching the Survivor Finale. It was so great to see
SD's Holly come in fourth. We were pleased she made it that close to the end.
Today is another day of scrambling to stay ahead. I feel like I am in slow motion but
that may change when I get closer to caught up.
Put your motion in high gear today. The holidays are fast approaching and the opportunity
to push things off is very inviting. Be one of the 5% who have gotten it right and kept it there.
You can do it!
Hugs to all who stopped by, read and left a comment. You are an awesome group of friends.
Thank you!
