Tracking my eating times...

When I record my food, I am now writing down the time I ate. I've found that I am sometimes ready to get a snack an hour after eating a large meal. I am not hungry, just bored (watching TV) or stressed (at work) and I'm reaching for food. Now I am drinking water, herbal tea, or getting up and exercising or walking around. Started last week but got sick on Tuesday and that was derailed. Now I'm starting again. Can't believe how often I was eating. I'm now trying for about 3 hours between food. Will see how much this helps me avoid extra calories that I really don't even want.

    that is such a great idea! please keep us posted on how it is working for you. maybe i will start keeping a clock next to my food journal!
