I have set a goal to lose 3# over the holidays. I want to SEE the weight I was in January 2009 on a hiking trip to Utah. I CAN do it. I have three weeks off and thus, no excuses. Plan:
* Cut down on carbs
* Watch all that holiday eating
* Go to the health club almost every day
* Count calories on SP (sometimes I just use estimates vs. counting every single one)
* Watch the holiday wine drinking!
* Limit the snacks that I think don't add up (peanuts, almonds, crackers, cheese specifically)
