You've got to be kidding me

I was doing SO good!
It was the hiccups' fault - 4 Tbl of peanut butter (at least) threw my fat up off the scale and my calories over my limit. GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

And of course, what my tracking doesn't show was all the chicken I snitched before, during, and after dinner. Oh, man, that roasted chicken...crispy skin, sweet orange flavored meat, so juicy and succulent, falling off the bone... It proved more than I could resist after a rough day.

And now DH is requesting popcorn and a Christmas movie... one of my favorite things....

Oh, Self-Control, where are? The blasted peanut butter ate up all the calories I could have had to snack on! Come rescue me, please!
We'll see....

    Tell me about it!!! This time of year brings so many treats that are hard to resist... I just try to do my best to not over-do and remember to enjoy all the good things about the season!

    Just remember, if you have a rougher day than you'd have liked to not let it snowball into the following day. Pick yourself up and start again. From personal experience, it's when I feel I've already blown it, then I allow myself to repeat that vicious cycle.
