The days are so busy. I go from one activity to the next. Messing up and cleaning up.
Eating and exercising. Losing a pound putting it back on. Losing a pound. putting it back on.
I still push myself to walk. But I am so not into it with the rain.
I am finished practicing for maintainance.
I want to loose more weight NOW!
So I have a plan.
# 1 Post my food and exercise EVERY day.
#2 Eat in my food range and walk 10, 000 steps a day.
#3 Go see my accountability friend.
