The days are so busy. I go from one activity to the next. Messing up and cleaning up.
Eating and exercising. Losing a pound putting it back on. Losing a pound. putting it back on.
I still push myself to walk. But I am so not into it with the rain.

I am finished practicing for maintainance.
I want to loose more weight NOW!
So I have a plan.
# 1 Post my food and exercise EVERY day.
#2 Eat in my food range and walk 10, 000 steps a day.
#3 Go see my accountability friend.

Don't fret over the hurriedness of the season.
When the clouds clear and the music of the rain and winds have left the landscape then we can return to the challenges of every day.
