Well I am back low carbing, and I know that this time I will stay on it.
My friend decided to try Weight Watchers when they introduced their new pro plan system so I said I'd go along just for the weigh in.
I ewnded up getting sucked in !!!!
You can eat carbs and lose weight oooooo, well NO I can't !
I gained. BIG TIME.
At the end of three weeks I was up to 201lbs again.
I swiftly put myself back onto low carbing and today I weigh 197.5lbs.
I need to realise that every diet is different and it suits different people, me and carbs may never be friends but that's okay.
