I lost track of my November progress, but I did continue to make progress. I lost another 10 pounds or so in November getting down to 221 in the first week of December! So those are good things. I'm reaching or beating 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, and I am resuming walking, having done so every other day this week out of the house, and upper body exercise at the gym today!
I am very happy to be able to go back to the gym, even tho I still can't go in the pool or do lower body exercise, I can at least get on the machines to work my arms, back and pecs.
