Cassandra's reasons for wanting to be healthy, fit, and sexy.
My Noble reasons:
#1. My KIDS and Husband. My dad had his first Heart Attack at 43 and his dad had a massive heart attack in his 50s (I think I was a baby when it happened) that killed him. I don't want to leave my family early.
#2. I want to live a long and healthy life with my wonderful husband. I want to be able to watch all 4 of my kids grow up, get married, and raise families of their own.
#3. I want to be able to keep up with my kids as they grow up.
#4. I want to have more energy.
#5. I want to have less back pain than I have now.
#7. I want to feel better about my self.
My Superficial Reasons:
#1. I want to look super sexy for my husband. My husband has seen me through all the weight ups and downs. He has seen me at my heaviest and at my thinnest. He has always loved me and has never thought that I was not sexy. I just don't feel sexy enough for him. I have never thought that he would leave me because I am not sexy enough. I just want to feel better about how I think I look in front of him.
#2. I want to look damn good in a two piece this summer. Not just a tankini that covers my mid section but an actual 2 piece swim suit.
#3. I would love to have guys turn their heads and do a double take when I walk by.
#4. I want my husband to be a little jealous when #3 happens just like I get a little jealous when my husband does a double take when a good looking woman walks by.
But most of all I just want to be a better person and I want to feel better about myself. And I really want to be around to be a good example for my children.
Thanks Yoovie. I really needed this challenge to reassess the reason's that I want to make a lifestyle change. Hopefully this will keep me movtivated into the New Year and beyond.
