so i was blogging almost everyday and trying to plan like every second of my life, but i find thats just not working for me. i think for a short time at least im going to stop tracking my food but i want to up my exercise. im kinda stuck right now. emoticon

  Do whatever works for you. If you are okay without tracking then you are who knows best...for me, i can't figure it out without the Spark Tools.

Love having you in the challenges though - so hopefully you stick with that. I will try to make them not require a daily input.

    It's hard to find the plan for what works and what doesn't. I know it has been for me. I do find tracking my calories has helped alot but I don't plan my meals before hand. When I grocery shop I make a list of several "meals" but then pick and choose day to day depending on what sounds good that way I'll have all the ingredients!! I hope you figure it out!!
