and I think that I want to try their new point system. I have gotten pretty crazy with calorie counting and start to drive myself nuts. The idea of not counting calories but counting points is intriguing, especially since fruits and veggies are 0 points now.
Saturday night I was at a shin-dig and was talking to someone that does it and swears by it. She is maintaining a 50 lb weight loss. She is a totally normal woman in her 50s-60s. Her only work out effort is taking a walk every day. She did a good job of encouraging me to try it, especially since I only want to loose 10 - 15 pounds.
Who out there in Spark-land is a Weight Watching guy or gal? Talk to me. Tell me what you think. I don't want to leave Sparkpeople. I really would want the two to work together.
