Hi All!!

Sorry I have been MIA on my teams, blogging and just plain gone off spark the past week. I had the flu :( I was in bed or by the toilet all last week, I couldnt eat anything except chicken broth and water! EGHh... I hate being sick and I hate to think how hard its going to be to work out tonight since Its been a week since Ive done anything except Barf (Sorry a bit to much info!)

Today is day 53 and with only 17 more days untill New Years and my goal number still over 27 LBS away I know that I wont be making the number I wanted by than but Im not discouraged, as long as I am moving down even if it is slowly Its better than stopping completly! I have uped my calories to 1100-1300 a day to see if that will help my halt in weight loss. Last time I lost weight this is what happend once I hit 25 LBS lost it just stoped! GRrRR... I was hoping I would platee untill I was at least half way to my goal but I have so guess it s time for plan B?? Im going to do mostly Jillilans videos at home with only a few cardio sessions being on the treadmill and cross trainer, I guess my body just got used to running so I gotta switch it up a bit for these last three weeks, Im hoping doing some body weight training will also tighten me up a bit... Its weird ever since I started losing weight my stomache has become more soft, Maybe cause I have a mommy tummy??? Haha I dont know but I need some progress even just a pound or two! Pheww....

So if your goal is still 27 pounds away... that means that you lost 18 pounds in 53 days! That's over 2 pounds each week... that is some amazing results! You set yourself a really high goal to start with, so you should be very proud of what you have accomplished so far! You are doing amazing! Keep it up :)

Glad yu are feeling much better. Sometimes you really need to switch up that cardio because your body does get used to doing the same thing over and over. And the belly, cruches my friend. there are so many different ways to lose your abs. I never thought my "pouch" would go away, yes its still there, but getting smaller everyday.

Keep the faith, in time you wont ever remember its there!!!

I am glad you are feeling better. This time of years seems to be hard for everyone to keep on track. I guess the important thing is is that we realize it and keep right on going, get up, dust off and begin again. You can do it!!

AURELIA143 I agree! I want to get some lipo on my arms to lol but I have to settle for good ole' fashioned weights at this point untill I strike it rich :) and CAITIJBUG09 I think you will start to see that muscle! Great job getting down, cant wait to see your goal weight pics!!

My belly is soft, too...Definitely got the mom-belly thing. My doctor said it will never entirely go away and yeah, I believe him...:( I used to be thinner and even then, I had it. It at least looked better back then! I'm not like a psycho-pro-plastic-surgery person (Hello, Bridalplasty...did you see that show?!!?!) but I am looking forward to the day when I will be able to get my stomach fixed! I want a mini-tuck.
You might need more calories than what you're consuming right now. I know you've upped them, but that is still pretty low. I had my intake at right around the same amount and it put me into "starvation mode" and stopped all my weight loss. But, if it's working for you, by all means, continue!! :)
I hope you are feeling a lot better. The Flu SUCKS!!!

My belly did the same thing, and now tha I am only 28 pounds or so away from my goal, I don't have much hpe of fixing it. I can feel my abdominal muscles underneath my soft belly, but can't see them. Good Luck on your next three weeks. emoticon
