Sorry I have been MIA on my teams, blogging and just plain gone off spark the past week. I had the flu :( I was in bed or by the toilet all last week, I couldnt eat anything except chicken broth and water! EGHh... I hate being sick and I hate to think how hard its going to be to work out tonight since Its been a week since Ive done anything except Barf (Sorry a bit to much info!)
Today is day 53 and with only 17 more days untill New Years and my goal number still over 27 LBS away I know that I wont be making the number I wanted by than but Im not discouraged, as long as I am moving down even if it is slowly Its better than stopping completly! I have uped my calories to 1100-1300 a day to see if that will help my halt in weight loss. Last time I lost weight this is what happend once I hit 25 LBS lost it just stoped! GRrRR... I was hoping I would platee untill I was at least half way to my goal but I have so guess it s time for plan B?? Im going to do mostly Jillilans videos at home with only a few cardio sessions being on the treadmill and cross trainer, I guess my body just got used to running so I gotta switch it up a bit for these last three weeks, Im hoping doing some body weight training will also tighten me up a bit... Its weird ever since I started losing weight my stomache has become more soft, Maybe cause I have a mommy tummy??? Haha I dont know but I need some progress even just a pound or two! Pheww....
