I search for freedom from this prison I inflict upon myself. Freedom from the craziness of food and weight obsession.

Freedom from hating myself because of what I eat.

Freedom from holding back from my full potential because I don't like how I look and how I feel.

Freedom from this heavy fog that surrounds me. I'm breaking FREE!

I will give myself the respect I deserve - I will take care of my body the way I know that I should.


Awake at 4:30 am - Exercise
3 Meals a day

Breakfast - Shredded Wheat - FF Milk
Chia Tea - FF Cream

Lunch - Shrimp Salad

Dinner - Fish and Broccoli

Quit eating the crap that makes me feel like crap!

Love yourself for who you are - you are worth it!
