I finally get to post a positive blog entry again!
I have lost 10 pounds this month! Yippee!
The sad part is that it wasn't that hard. All I did was make some better food choices. Not great food choices, mind you. I still went over my calorie goals a lot of days. The biggest reason I lost so much was because I've been working 12-14 hours for the last two weeks or so. I've been running around like a fool (literally) and I know that made a big difference in how many calories I burned.
So, now that my schedule will be lightening up some, the challenge is to plan out my exercise and actually DO it. On a regular basis. I know I will have to cut back on some of my treats as well. But I think I can get there. I need to start slowly and build up instead of trying to hit the gym super hard and wearing myself out right away. I'm feeling pretty good about my willingness to follow through. We shall see how it goes.
