Tonight I will be going to Walmart Super center to do some shopping. I am gonna get some
* Lemons
* Apples
* Oranges
* Grapefruit (red)
* Strawberries
* Lettuce (iceberg & romaine)
* Asparagus
* Cucumbers
* Sweet onions
* Celery
* Green onions
* Bag of spinach
* Tomatoes (cherry, roma etc.)

* Melba Toast (wheat & garlic)
* Salsa (no sugar added)
* Real Sea Salt
* Chicken Broth (use when cooking instead of oils)
* Beef Broth (use when cooking instead of oils)
* Fresh chicken breast or tenders
* Jennie O turkey burgers
* 93% lean ground turkey, beef and chicken
* shrimp, lobster, crab
* tilapia ( or other white fish)
* lean steak
* lean roast

    do you have some of your recipes chosen?? I used one of the cookbooks to make a bbq sauce using tomato paste and other ingredients, then had it over steamed, thinly sliced cabbage and my portion of shrimp today and it was very delic. I actually had to add an additional can of tomato paste (and a few other ingredients) because I got it too spicy - but it tasted good one night that way (the spicy way) when I was dipping cocktail shrimp in like cocktail sauce :) Had BBQ chicken with it too :)

    Thank you for I don't think so bc I am able choose the amt via scale and I am going to make everything for the whole week.

    It all looks like healthy food, but isn't that a lot to buy all at once? Most of those things have a relatively short shelf life. You might want to just buy a few days of food at a time, then it will be fresher when you are ready to eat it.
