I LOVE my 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk DVD!

Wednesday, December 08, 2010

Yes, I actually LOVE a workout video - Leslie Sansone's
5 Mile Fat Burning Walk.

Today I did Miles 1 & 2 before Breakfast.
I did Mile 3 before Lunch and then did Miles 4 & 5 late this afternoon - before Dinner.

The workout is 5 Miles that you can do ALL at once...I have done that 3 times now. Or you can choose each mile individually or in a combination ~ like I did today. This was an awesome way for me to work out! I did the 'high impact' boosted walk (jogging) at the end of each mile today ~ I was able to do that because I had broken them up. Great challenge, good workout and I feel so proud of myself that I CAN DO THIS!

Each mile only takes 12 minutes to do - so time commitment is easy.
And at my current weight I am burning 135 calories during those 12 minutes. That's just amazing to me. I am getting a great workout in less amount of time. Awesome! It just motivates me to do this all the more!
And the DVD is really a fun one too!

I enjoy Leslie Sansone...so I don't mind hearing her get excited and motivated about what she does...helping people get fit and healthy.

I Just Love this DVD! And I got it on sale at Wal-Mart a couple of weeks ago for $9.00. I think this is my very favorite one.

This will help get me through the winter here in Minnesota without being a couch potato!

I haven't exercised for over a week now but when I was exercising I would sometimes do the 4 mile Walk Slim Leslie Sansone and then 1, 2, or 3 miles of another Leslie Sansone just to bump it up.

Now that I've been sick I'll have to start back slowly. Maybe do a one mile first and add to that.

I think Leslie Sansone is great. I owe her a lot as far as getting into shape. I really do work out with her. I get a better work out then when I walk outside. I don't mind the repetition. I did buy the Jackie Warner DVD on Black Friday. Haven't tried it yet. I'll have to see if I like her as much as Leslie.

I have come to love my Leslie Sansone videos and agree with you that they'll help keep me motivated during the Minnesota winter. I just talked to a friend last night who I "sparked", and she came up to me with a big smile and said she had lost 25 pounds with the help of Sparkpeople and her LEslie Sansone videos!

What an inspiring post! I believe you had recommended her to me previously and I bought the DVD (not the 5 mile one, I don't think) and it's been sitting on my counter and I've been looking at it... thanks to you I'm gonna get up early tomorrow and pop it in.
