Yes, I actually LOVE a workout video - Leslie Sansone's
5 Mile Fat Burning Walk.
Today I did Miles 1 & 2 before Breakfast.
I did Mile 3 before Lunch and then did Miles 4 & 5 late this afternoon - before Dinner.
The workout is 5 Miles that you can do ALL at once...I have done that 3 times now. Or you can choose each mile individually or in a combination ~ like I did today. This was an awesome way for me to work out! I did the 'high impact' boosted walk (jogging) at the end of each mile today ~ I was able to do that because I had broken them up. Great challenge, good workout and I feel so proud of myself that I CAN DO THIS!
Each mile only takes 12 minutes to do - so time commitment is easy.
And at my current weight I am burning 135 calories during those 12 minutes. That's just amazing to me. I am getting a great workout in less amount of time. Awesome! It just motivates me to do this all the more!
And the DVD is really a fun one too!
I enjoy Leslie Sansone...so I don't mind hearing her get excited and motivated about what she does...helping people get fit and healthy.
I Just Love this DVD! And I got it on sale at Wal-Mart a couple of weeks ago for $9.00. I think this is my very favorite one.
This will help get me through the winter here in Minnesota without being a couch potato!
