Day 2 of 500 calorie burn, lightening up a little on calorie restriction. :-)

    You are doing awesome! Keep up the momentum! If you are doing heavy strength training as part of that 500 calorie burn, you will need to rest you body a little.. but if its mostly cardio, than you should be fine to keep pumping out that fat burn!!

  Hello Just wanted to say good luck on your journey. You are beautiful and vibrant, keep up the good work and even when your energy gets low and you forfeit a day, just do it the next day. It will all add up. Take care. emoticon
