I just reached my first weight loss goal of 60 pounds and wanted to do a short vblog about my progress to date to help inspire others.

Looks like your next roles will be motivational speaker and coach! emoticon Now that winter's upon us, even though you just made a major investment in a new bike, you might want to look into a bike trainer as well - won't get the same feel as being out on the road, but if Lance Armstrong and David Goggins can ride them indoors, I think you could too. emoticon

    Congratulations on meeting your first goal!!! 9 months and 62 pounds is fantastic. 7 pounds a month, way to go. You said it was slower, no way! Think about how long it came on.

Just wondering, which part of Canada were you in? Would have been great to meet up for a bike ride.
