Had a hard day

I've been having a depressive episode this week and the weather has been cold so it has been extremely hard to get motivated. It's like I literally shut down mentally and just want to play Bejeweled for hours and watch old movies. I did manage to get to Zumba class today somehow and I really had to push it. It felt good to exercise but I was still feeling down. I don't know what is going on, but I think it's a combination of worry and anxiety. I hope it will go away soon. I haven't been to the gym in at least 2 weeks. Don't want my muscles to shrivel up! And I don't want my brain to turn to mush either!

    Find something to get you excited again. ...find a motivator on SP. Hope you have snapped out of it and are feeling much better now!

    emoticon Hang in there. It is kind of a catch twenty two. When you are down you don't feel like exercising and if you skip exercising the blues can get worse. Praying you feel better soon.
