Time to lose the baby weight

A year a half ago I won our family weight loss challenge and earned $450 for it! But a few months later I got pregnant and used that as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted. I gain 45 lbs. and I am now right back where I started:(. My husband is way for 2 months and I am going to try to make some noticeable changes in my weight and my fitness level before he returns. I am sure a slimmer and more fit wife will be a pleasant surprise when he gets home! Focusing on clean eating (I usually do, but making a major effort) and doing cardio daily. This is going to be tricky-I am basically a single mom until he returns, so time is limited. Hopefully I will start to see results soon!

    I'm right there with you!!! I have a husband who *leaves* for months at a time as well. You can do it!!! I have two under 3, and I feel ya. I'm here if you need to talk!!! About anything, I understand!!!
