Today was clean out the fridge day so for lunch I ended up with a small salad, 2 cups of chicken noodle soup and 2 turkey meatloaf muffins. Doesn't sound like much, huh? 392 calories including the 8 croutons I splurged on. But I am stuffed to the gills and wishing I had not had the soup. Note to self, 5 minutes between each item from now on. Maybe 10. I know it takes 20 mins for the signal to get to the brain but I wasn't shoveling it in. Just casual munching while reading the paper. Feel like exploding now. How do people do this on a regular basis? How can I be fat when that amount of food is overkill to me? Life's conundrums.
