Slow and Steady

Slow and steady wins the race. Well, I didn't lose any weight this week, but I didn't gain any either. So, that's a positive. This week's goal is to increase my daily cardio and to be consistant with it. And today's goal is to purchase a tape measure so I can better track my progress.

    This time of year I consider a no gain week a good thing. If I was not watching what I eat and not exercising I could easily gain 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year.
