I am probably a compulsive overeater too but I am also probably still indeniel! I do love that big ol river in Egypt! I also like the taste of food and especially things that I shouldn't eat. I am learning though, thanks to SP and my teams, to not be as compulsive. Hope that the teams can help you with this too.

emoticon that you recognized the fact that you are a complusive eater. Now that I think back a couple years back I must have been one to. When I started spark the first thing I did was to start tracking my nutrition and in doing that I was able to see just how much and what I was eating in a day. I think that when you do that you are more aware of the food you are putting into your mouth. After I did that for a while and read some of the articles on the subject (there are tons of them on spark) then I realized what foods I should be concentrating on like whole wheat and vegetables and fruit. Once I got that down I started to exercise. At first I just walked everyday and then after about a year I was able to join a fitness center which I am lucky enough to go to five mornings a week. It takes time to get healthy so just take it one meal at a time. I wish you success! emoticon
