I Jogged

I'm so happy, I actually jogged for 3 min. Now I know that dosen't sound like much but for me it is great. I have arthritis in my knees, so walking is about all I can do. I'm going to incorporate some jogging into my daily exercise plan.

    That's AWESOME!!!! I haven't jogged in months,...actually probably more like a year...GREAT for getting started, it all starts with a single step!!

    Jogging for 3 minutes is a huge deal!! congrats. I know because I finally increased to 5 minutes you are doing wonderful!! Keep up the good work and stay focused. You can do this!!
