Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I've not lost any weight in 2 weeks. Think it may have to do with night shift, although I try to eat light at work.

Walked 3.34k last week.

    Hi there,

Have you tried to change your diet, increase your workouts by time or intensity, add or delete a 100 calories to your diet? We all hit that point where it feels like we are going no where, but changing things helps your body push harder to change.
