I finished my 1st week of P90X for the 2nd round! Although this is a tough workout I love it and I can tell that I have gaoned strength! some of the exercises that I couldnt do the forst time around I now can do a couple. I feel soo energized and ready to conquer the day. I did legs and back yesterday afternoon and today my legs are killing me decided to hold off on the kenpo workout today. mY goal this time around is to do P90X all 6 days. Well I didnt quite make it this week as I missed THursday and today. But I'm pressing on, the amazing results acheived last time is what is keeping me motivated. My only frustration is the scale isnt moving down like I want it too. My goal is 2lbs a week and I havent been accomplishing that. And I am somewaht perplexed. But again when the jeans are getting looser, how can I complain, the scale is only one way of measuring, if I could only find out what my body fat % is that would help. Almost in my size 12 jeans so cool!! I'm not letting the scale be my judge and jury. My energy level, how the colthes fit, mood and the awesome comments I've been getting from my hubby , family and friends are reason enough to keep pressing toward the goal!
