Understand the roommate thing. I also have two roommates that are not supportive and eat whatever but also bring in some of my favorite non-healthy foods. Good luckand keep on vlogging.

@Selkie- Man that is a different POV to be on the other side. It's nice to get advice from a different perspective. Like I mentioned I don't want to be rude about it. but it seems the best way to go is just be straight up and polite at the same time. emoticon

That's tough on the roommate deal. I sadly used to be one of those. I didn't realize it till later, though. Last year my husband had been working really hard to drop a bunch of weight for a PT test, and I would be offering him doughnuts, and fresh baked high calorie breads, and all sorts of thing (at this point I had firmly fallen off the bandwagon for healthy eating and weight loss - it's a vicious cycle). Sometimes all folks need are the gentle reminder that their offers are counterproductive to your goals. Once my husband actually said "look... I can't. I have to drop this weight for the test and that won't help me at all", I realized what I was doing and stopped.

Lol well thank you! I am trying to challenge myself not only physically but socially as well. I'm kind of shy and this has helped me to branch out especially knowing I won't be judged harshly or criticized but shown a lot of support! Wow that;s so awesome you experienced what I am going through. Ok I will be even stronger now so I can inspire him, like you just did for me and with your husband! Your support means a lot. emoticon

@Lisa- You're so welcome! Thank you for being so supportive of me! And thank you, I love my kitty very much! That's so awesome. That is the friend you were blogging about? I have prayed for that person. Yeah maybe that's a good idea. Usually I just refuse, but maybe I should ask to stop offering? I just don't want to be rude..and I know he is doing it to be nice. emoticon

Hi Pinky, what a brave girl you are doing a blog, I haven't done one yet, will have to give it a try lol!

When I first started Spark my husband was my worst nemises, always bringing home junk foods, and sweets, I just tried to stay as strong as I could, and kept logging my food and exercising..well here is the great part pinky, he saw I was serious, and then he saw me losing weight, so lo and behold, he started walking with me, now he is eating healthy also...so just stay strong!

I think it's wonderful that you reached out to your friend, and she feels so much better also..makes for a healthier you if you are not holing in anger or bad feelings!

Your cat is beautiful! Winnie is cute too lol!

So Pinky stay strong, and just keep working on yourself, things will happen, and you will be glad you stuck to your guns, if your tempted, just try to eat in moderation!

All the best Pinky...have a great week end, and keep your Spark bright~
