Back on track

so nice to say that I am back at it again. I have been watching and logging what I eat and have been losing. I am back to 143 again! Not time in the day to track by meals, but I do track by the day and keep it healthy. I watch my vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc. I can fit into most of my clothes and that makes a difference for sure. I don't have much time for workouts, unfortunately, but do walk 20 minutes every day.
